WATER MOVES THROUGH YOU. ELECTROLYTES HELP YOU HOLD THE BALANCE.
Hydration is more than a label. This is where ReUp will publish the formula, sources and evidence behind the product — including what is confirmed, what is still being tested, and why each ingredient is there.
A SIMPLE VIEW
01
Water intake
What you drink across a day.
02
Fluid balance
How the body holds and moves that water.
03
Movement and heat
What activity and temperature ask of it.
04
Replenishment
Putting fluid and electrolytes back.
THREE ELECTROLYTES. ONE CLEAN DIRECTION.
Na
Sodium
Sodium is the electrolyte most present in sweat, which is why hydration in heat is rarely only about water. ReUp is being developed around a citrate form, at a level intended to taste clean rather than salty.
K
Potassium
Potassium sits mostly inside the body's cells and works in balance with sodium. In development we are treating the ratio between the two as a formulation decision, not a marketing number.
Mg
Magnesium
Magnesium is included in a citrate form for solubility and a softer finish. The final level is still being tested against taste and stability.
